Just came back from Rome, where I stayed for 3 nights in this hotel, and here’s my experience: 1- Location is PERFECT! a few mns walk from the Termini station and a short, charming walk to the Colosseum. 2- I had no idea what my room would be like, since they only assign it upon arrival. Didn’t like that, especially when I saw that my room was very small, and the window overlooks the backyard, with the smell of nearby restaurants filling my room! This soon changed, when they turned on the AC, and I slept extremely well, all 3 nights. 3- Both the bathroom & the toilet were very clean. 4- Breakfast was nice, on the roof, among the trees and plants. It was ideal! 5- Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Alberto. 6- I paid around 410$ for 3 nights in this 4-star hotel. A great value of money!

We had a lovely few days staying here, the hotel was lovely and in a great location for exploring Rome, the staff were friendly and helpful both on reception and in the restaurants. The roof top garden was a bonus and the views were amazing. I had a single room, which was modern, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was newly renovated. There was lots of choice for the buffet breakfast and the room was large and well laid out. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed for 3 nights for my husbands 40th. Would not return. Our room was at the front of the hotel and extremely noisy - noise every night at 4am from bins or something like that. This would last until about 5am. Restaurant directly below was having work done so drilling/noise during the day. The reception area and front Entrance and give An impression of a modern, well maintained hotel. once you take the lift to the upper floors the hallways and bedrooms tell a different story and are shabby. En-suite was decent but overall a very disappointing experience. Staff were at best indifferent and at Worst rude. Rooftop bar is OK but nothing special and could do with a major facelift. Will not return or recommend.

Hotel staff were really friendly, very nice location close to the train station Rome termini with lines direct to the airports. Breakfast really wasn’t nice, we ate it only one morning. We went across to the cafe across the road Cafe Washington and breakfast was exceptional there. There is a beautiful roof garden upstairs, the cocktails were but the tapas were terrible! The rooms are really nice, very comfy bed and nice shower. The hotel is overall a would stay again. The positives outweigh the small negatives!

Stayed for 4 nights and each day presented different experiences. The rooms were clean and had good space for moving around. Room servicing was done everyday (not a vacum) There was no cutlery. I understand that they are wanting to encourage people to use the restaurant, but still a knife and folk would have been nice. The cups were plastic and the fridge barely fitted anything in it. Also it wasnt very cold. The air-conditioning is run by a main system so the fastest way to cool the room was to open the window. Which was so loud due to street noise, also cigarette smoke and vehicle fumes would drift in. The shower was brilliant but the bathroom was tiny, the door opened in to the room and made the space hard to navigate. Adding a sliding door would be a great adjustment and make it more functional. Breakfast was awful, looked and felt like barely any effort was made with the very basics. The bread was cut in half and not full pieces. The scrambled eggs sat in a lot of liquid which made it very unpleasant to eat. We ate their once and then sourced our own. Sadly due to that experience, it put us off eating in the restaurant. Location is great to the main train station, which was appreciated after long days of sight seeing. The staff were always polite. However, we wouldn't recommend this hotel nor would stay again.
